Before you can send an email, you will need to add the proper information in the input areas including:
- From Name
- From Email Address
- Email Subject
- Email Message
You can also add trigger links to track customer interaction when they click on links inside your emails.
You can add files and images to emails by clicking this button and selecting the files from your computer.
Request Payment via Email
You can now request payments from your customers or leads right from the conversations section of your CRM! Simply click this button and fill out the information in the pop-up to request payments!
Collapse Message Box
If you'd like to collapse this message box, you can simply click this icon.
To clear the text box and start over with a blank slate, simply click this button.
You can decide to send your message immediately by clicking on Send Now button.
You can also decide to schedule your message by clicking on the Timer icon beside the Send button. Once you click on the button, the schedule slot pops up where you can input the;
- Date: The date you will like to send the message.
- Time: Select the time you prefer.
- Time zone: Input the time zone. You can either use the recommended time zones (your account or system timezone) or choose from the rest of the list.
Click on the Schedule Button then click on Send Later to save it!
Cancel Scheduled Message
If you haven't clicked on the send Later button and you want to delete the scheduled message simply click on the Edit icon that shows when you save the scheduled message, then click on the Remove Message button.
If you already clicked the Send Later and you want to delete it, click on the 3 menu dots beside the message thread, this will pop up the message details. Click on the Cancel Send button, it will ask you to confirm the delete. Make sure to cancel before the scheduled date.
