How To Send Messages
To send messages in a conversation, you will need to use the highlighted section, just below your message logs.
You can switch between communication channels here. This will depend on what channels this contact is connected to. Messaging channels include:
- SMS
- Facebook Messages
- Instagram Messages
- Google My Business Messages
- Web Chat Widget
If you'd like to collapse this message box you can simply click this icon.
You can also create new SMS messages and send them to ANY customer in your CRM by simply clicking on the icon shown below.
Once you click the "Create New Message" button, you will need to add customer information such as the customer's name and phone number.
Next, you will need to either add a pre-made SMS template or create a new SMS message.
