Social Planner gives you the ability to add your Instagram business accounts to your CRM. If you have not converted your Instagram personal profile to a business profile. You need to perform the below mentioned two steps:
- Switch from a personal account to a business account on your Instagram app settings.
- Connect your Instagram business account with your Facebook account
Connecting your Instagram
If you don't have any social media account connected yet, click on the Instagram icon in the wizard with connect option as shown below to start setup.
If you are already connected to any of these social media accounts, click on the Setting option (gear icon) here to start the setup
After clicking Add account, there will be an option to add the Instagram Business Account
Log into Facebook Page
It will ask you to choose Facebook and provide the permissions for Social Planner. Use your Facebook account that has an Instagram Business account connected with it, type in the necessary details, and click on Log In.
Note: If the Instagram Business Profile is not yet verified, it means that Instagram Business Account is not connected to any Facebook page. This is a requirement from Facebook to post.
Select Instagram Business Profile
The next step is to **** select the Instagram Business Profile(s) you wish to add to Social Planner. Once you connect a business profile, you can manage the account from the setting icon ()
