Create New Products

You can also create new products. To create a new product click this button.

Note

• Always use our platform as the system of record for products and prices.
  
  
• Make any updates only here and we will sync with Stripe/Paypal automatically.
  
  
• Don’t make any change on Stripe/Paypal for the products and prices created from our system. “Created by” entry on the metadata section will have “LeadConnector” if the product or the price is created by our platform
  
  
• If you directly update the product or price on Stripe/Paypal, we will create a new product or price there, to avoid any data inconsistency issues.

Product Name and Description

You will first need to give your product a name and a description.

Use the product description field to optionally store a long-form explanation of the product being sold for your own rendering purposes.

Product Image

You can add an image to your product by uploading one here. Supported image files are PNG and JPG, of up to 2MB.

Product Type

Choose what type of products are you creating. You can choose from:

• Physical Goods
  
  
• Digital Goods
  
  
• Service

Additional Product Options

There are some additional product options you can edit here.

Statement Description

Here you can add a description that will show up on your customer's credit card statement(s).

Pricing Information

Next, you will need to add pricing information such as name, price, currency, and whether it's a one-time or a recurring product.

Price

Don't forget the most important part! Add your product's price here.

Payment Frequency

By selecting one of these buttons, you will change your product from a one-time purchase to a recurring subscription.

There are additional settings that appear below depending on which payment type you choose here.

Billing Periods

If you have selected a recurring payment model, you will need to select when your customer should be billed for this product. You can choose; Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or even a custom period.

Additional Payment Options

There are some additional payment options you can edit here.

Price Description

You can add a price description if you'd like to organize different prices for the same product.

Trial Period

If you want to add a free trial period for your new products, you can add it here.

Number of Payments

If you want to add a specific number of payments for a particular product, you can add that here.

Setup Fees

You can add a setup fee to any product here. This setup fee will be a one-time transaction on top of the subscription payments.

Membership Offer

If you'd like to connect a new product to a membership offer from inside your CRM membership portal, you can toggle this switch.

Select Membership Offer

Use this drop-down tab to select the membership offer you'd like to connect to a product.

Create New Product

When you are ready to create your new product, click this button. Your new product will appear in the list of products in the payments section.
