Coupons

Manage coupon discounts to increase conversion.

A coupon is an offer made by a business or organization (usually in exchange for your payment) where you receive a discount on something you purchase. Coupons are used for enticing sales.

All Coupons

Here you will be shown with all of the coupons you have created inside of the system.

Active Coupons

Let's you view coupons that are active at present. Helpful when you have bunch of offers in your CRM and you need to view only the coupons that are active and running.

Scheduled Coupons

Let's you view coupons that are scheduled for a specific duration. Helpful when you have bunch of offers in your CRM and you need to view only the coupons that are scheduled for later.

Expired Coupons

Let's you view coupons that are expired. Coupons are basically offers valid for a certain period. after the offer period, the respective coupon will move to expired status.

Coupons Search Bar

Let's you search for a coupon by entering a coupon code. You can only search a coupon if you know some part of a coupon code.

Coupon Name

Here you will see the names you have given to the coupons. Coupon names usually give you the idea about the offer so that you can quickly recognize them by looking at the Coupon name.

Coupon Code

Coupon code is a unique code given to each coupon. Prospects can avail the offer by entering the coupon code you have created. 

Discount

In this column, you can get the idea of the discount provided for the each coupon on the list. Discount is always shown in monetary amount.

Start Date

Suppose you're creating an offer for the future then you would set the offer period such as start date and end date. Here in the Start date column, you can view the date when each coupon on the list will be activated.

Status

Weather the coupon is active or scheduled for later or has expired will be shown here.

Redemption Count

Here you can see the number of prospects who applied their coupon code to avail the offer.

Coupon Actions Menu

With the three dot menu, you can perform several actions for your coupon. Let's cover each action one by one.

• View History - Here you can **** see the orders in which the coupon code has been applied. Clicking on this tab will redirect to the orders page where you can view the specific orders in which the coupon code was successfully applied.
• Edit- Lets you edit the individual coupon settings such as coupon name, code or change the offer period.
• Delete- Allows you to delete one of the coupon from the list. Coupon once deleted can not be restored.
