Campaign & Business Registration Video Walk Through and A2P Resource

Effective 8/31/2023 if a business has a 10-digit phone number and they use it for sending SMS related messages, they are required to register their business and share how they will be using the number. The video below will show you what you must do to register both your business and campaign. 

All users, new and old, must be registered.


As a guide, below is sample information you can use when registering your campaign. If you follow the steps provided and have reviewed the other support articles referenced in the knowledge base, you should have no issue getting registered.


Failure to register your business will cause the A2P Campaign Registry to shut you down. 


Failure to pass the first time will delay your ability to use your phone number in a meaningful way. Take your time, do your homework and follow the steps.

Campaign Example #1:
