Survey Overview

This is an overview of the survey builder section in your CRM. You can create fully customized surveys for new lead funnels, signup pages and calendar scheduling!

Survey Slide

This is your survey slide. This is where you will drag and drop different survey inputs to customize your form.

Slide Name

Here you will be able to see the name you've given to each slide. By default, slides are given numbers and go in order starting from the number 1.

Add More Survey Slides

If you want to add more survey slides, simply click the "Add New Slide" button.
