Subscriptions Overview

Subscriptions

Here you can keep a track of customer subscriptions created via order forms.

Weather the subscriptions are Active, Expired, Canceled or Failed you can manage and keep track of the subscriptions orders inside of subscriptions tab


Please head into Payments > Then click on Subscriptions 

Filters

Filters will help you quickly find out the subscriptions from a specific category.


Calendar Filter

With calendar filter, you can find out the subscriptions from a specific calendar period. Click on the calendar tab and select "from" and "to" period and the system will show the subscriptions from the calendar period set by a user.

Search Filter

Enter a customer name to find out the subscription details of the customer.

Filter By Status

These filters allow you to view the subscriptions based on their status. A status can be active, overdue, canceled etc. Let's cover them all one by one.

  • Trial - This filter will show the customers that are on trial period.

  • Active - This filter upon selecting will show the active subscribers.

  • Overdue - This filter will only show the customers who availed the trial period but are overdue on payment.

  • Unpaid - This filter will show the customers who are in an unpaid status**.**

  • Canceled - This filter will give you the idea of how many subscribers canceled.

  • Failed - If a customer attempted to subscribe and could not finish the process due to some reasons then that number will be shown here.


Filter By Payment Mode

This feature will allow you to view the customers based on their payment mode.

  • Live Mode - This is used to view the subscriptions that are received from a funnel which is live and accepting the payment.

  • Test Mode - This is used to view the test subscriptions which basically came into the system while the funnel was in a test mode. Subscriptions shown in the test mode are not real subscriptions.

Filter By Source Type

This filter will let you know weather the subscription is came off of a website or a funnel.

  • All - Selecting this will show up the subscriptions came off of a funnel as well as from a website.
  • Funnel - This option will only show the subscriptions that came off of one of the funnels.
  • Website - This options will only show the subscription that came off of a website.


Provider and Subscription ID

Here you can view the unique subscription ID alloted to each subscription on the list. It is generated by the system and it is useful to track and resolve the order related issues.

Customer Name

This column is to show the name of each customer who have opted for the subscription.

Source

Source is usually the funnel from where each subscription was received.

Created

In this column, you can learn when each subscription on the list was created. Useful to identify customer behavior with respect to the subscription.

Amount

Here you can view the amount received from each subscription on the list.

Status

This column shows the status of each subscription on the list. A status can be active, expired, canceled etc.

Actions Menu

Actions menu gives you the ability to learn more about each subscription on the list. Makes it easier to do everything inside of the CRM without having to go anywhere.

  • View Customer - This gives you the idea about where each order came from and some more details with respect to the subscription.

  • View Order - Gives more information about each order on the list. Which funnel the order came from etc.
