Tasks List
Tasks help your business keep track of important to-do's and keep everything organized in one area of your CRM. Here you will see multiple tasks, associated with different team members, and different contact.
NOTE: Depending on your user permissions, you may not have access to all of the component_s._

If you are seeing this, you currently have no tasks in your task list. Once you start creating tasks, you will see them show up as a list in this section.
Search By Task Name
You can quickly find out any task by using this search bar.
Create New Task Button
You can create new tasks in a few different ways in your CRM. An easy way to create tasks is to simply click this button.
Create New Task
Here you will see the different components included when creating a new task in your CRM.
- Task Title
Your new task will need a title. How you name your task is up to you, but try to give it a name that makes it easily recognizable when you try to find it later. - Task Description
When creating a task description, make sure to give your team as much detail as possible so they can create the task without any issues! This is optional but most likely necessary. - Task Assignee
You can assign specific tasks to specific team members. This is also an optional feature, but it allows you to better organize tasks around certain team members for efficiency. - Task Contact
Every task in your CRM MUST have to be associated with a specific contact. This is because your CRM's lifeblood is Contacts, and tasks are a part of managing contacts. - Task Due Date
Your new task also MUST have a due date. This helps your team understand when this task is due, and just how important it really is. - Save or Cancel New Task
When you are finished, you can either save or cancel this new task.
Canceling will delete the new task you just created, and saving will add this task to your task list AND to the specific contact, it was assigned to.
Task Table
Task Name & Description
In this column of your task table, you will see the "Task Name" and the description you have added for the particular task. To get more detailed information about the task, you can click on any of the task and it will take you to the contacts section
Task Assigned To Contact
In this column of your task table, you will see the contact to which this task was assigned.
Task Assignee
In this column of your task table, you will see the team member to whom this task was assigned to.
Task Due Date
In this column of your task table, you will see the "Task Due Date"
Task Status
In this column of your task table, you will see the status of your specific task. You click on the tick to mark the task as completed.
Filters
Filter By Contact
If you want to only show tasks that have been assigned to certain contacts in your CRM, you can filter the list of tasks by contact here.
Search A Contact
Use this search bar when you want to find out a specific contact. just enter the name of the contact in the search bar.
Filter By Assignees
If you want to only show tasks that have been assigned to specific team members, you can filter the list of tasks here by users in your CRM.
Filter By Unassigned
Selecting this tab will show you all of the unassigned tasks so you can review them and decide weather or not one of the unassigned task can be assigned to one of the team member.
Filter By Status
If you want to view tasks that are in a pending status or in a completed status then you can do so by using this filter.
Sort By Dates
This tab will allow you to sort the tasks by the date added or the due date in an ascending or descending order.
Refresh Data
If you need to refresh your data and make sure you have the most up-to-date information to work with, simply click this button.
Task Actions
To manage tasks, you can click the 3 dots on the far right of any task to show the task actions menu. With this menu you can perform a few different task actions:
- Mark a task as complete
- Edit selected task
- Delete a selected task
Select All Tasks
To select ALL TASKS you would click on the checkbox ON TOP of the entire table, found on the far left side of the task table above all other checkboxes and tasks. Selecting all tasks will allow you to perform bulk actions.
Bulk Actions
After selecting multiple tasks, you can perform bulk actions to all the selected tasks. This will help you save time so you don't need to manage each task individually.
