Navigate to Settings -> Phone Numbers

Number Pool

Add and edit Number Pools - Keep tabs on visitors with the number pool feature. With two options to set it up, you can track all the activities related to web traffic, PPC campaigns and leads- minus direct or organic - plus get detailed keyword attribution.

Select the option that suits your needs and click “Next: Create Pool”.

Add “ Number Pool Name”, Number to “Forward Calls To”, and then select how many numbers you want to add in “Pool Size”.

Then select the checkbox for buying numbers from Twilio. Continue on to “Tracking Options”:

Verified Caller IDs

Verify non-twilio phone numbers by entering the phone number and following the prompts.
