My Staff

This is where you add team members and all settings associated with them.

  • User Info - photo, name, email, phone, password, email signature, calendar.

  • User Permissions - edit individual permissions for the user.

  • User Roles - Choose from the dropdown. Select the user role first and then edit any permissions afterword.

  • Call & Voicemail Settings - assign business twilio number, forward calls, set up incoming call timeout and upload voicemail greeting.

  • User Availability - add meeting locations such as zoom link, time zone and hours of availability. Hours of availability here includes ALL of the available times. These can then be broken down into different calendars if needed. For example, if the user is available Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, put these hours here. Then under calendars, you can choose which hours out of the overall hours they are available for each type of appointment. 

  • User Calendar Configuration - edit the users'  primary and conflict calendars.
