Sales pipelines provide a visual representation of where your propects are in the different stages of the customer journey. With a sales pipeline, you can gain insight into the potential revenue of your business and check its overall condition. Get an in-depth look at where all prospects are along their journey through the sales process for a snapshot of the health of your business. There is no limit to how many pipelines you can create.
Add / Edit Pipelines
Here you can:
- Create and edit an unlimited amount of pipelines.
- Add and edit stages.
- Toggle stage visibility in Funnel chart on Dashboard.
- Toggle stage visibility in Pie chart on dashboard.
Accessing the Pipelines page
Navigate to Opportunities -> Pipelines
Adding a New Pipeline
Click Create new pipeline. Fill out the information in the popup window. Give the pipeline a name, add stages, and choose the visibility.
NOTE: you can determine whether or not each individual stage is visible in the pie chart and funnel chart, as well as choose if the entire pipeline as a whole is visible or not.
Using the arrows next to each stage, you can modify the order of the stages.
Edit / Delete a Pipeline
From the Pipelines page, click the pencil icon to edit or the trash can icon to delete.
