Improve your sales by creating an abandoned cart follow up, using automation. An abandon cart follow up is used when a buyer goes to your 2-step order form, starts to fill it out, but fails to hit the purchase button.
On the first step of your orderform, they have given name, email and other contact details. When they click the button to go to the second step, that is considered a successful form submission...but not a purchase! With automation, you can follow up with those that make it through step one, but fail to complete step two.
